1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how the adsanalytics application processes information when it connects to Meta products, including Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.

Application operator: MIKHAIL KARPOV
Contact email: kapnov@gmail.com

At the time of publication, the application is used by the operator to manage the operator’s own advertising accounts. It is not offered as a public service to third-party users.

2. Information We Process

After authorization through Meta, the application may access only the information and permissions explicitly granted by the user through Meta’s authorization interface.

This information may include:

  • Facebook profile name and identifier;
  • accessible advertising accounts and business assets;
  • Facebook Page identifiers and names;
  • advertising campaigns, ad sets, advertisements, and creatives;
  • audience, budget, schedule, and delivery settings;
  • advertising performance data, including impressions, reach, clicks, spending, and conversions;
  • technical identifiers required to operate the Meta Marketing API;
  • Meta access tokens.

The application does not request Facebook or Instagram passwords and does not access users’ payment card details.

3. How We Use Information

Information is processed only to:

  • view and analyze advertising performance;
  • create and edit advertising campaigns;
  • prepare advertisements and creatives;
  • manage advertising budgets and delivery statuses;
  • produce reports and recommendations;
  • verify accessible advertising accounts, Pages, and business assets;
  • maintain security and diagnose integration errors.

Information is not used to infer sensitive personal characteristics or build profiles unrelated to these purposes.

4. Legal Basis

Depending on the applicable law, information is processed:

  • with the user’s consent provided through Meta authorization;
  • to perform actions explicitly requested by the user;
  • for the operator’s legitimate interest in managing its advertising and maintaining application security;
  • to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Users may revoke the application’s access through Facebook or Meta Business settings.

5. Storage and Security

Meta access tokens are stored in the operator’s protected local environment. They are not published in public repositories or publicly accessible files.

The application does not maintain a separate commercial database of Meta users’ personal information. Technical information and access tokens are retained only for as long as necessary to operate the integration, until access is revoked, or until a valid deletion request is received.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to restrict unauthorized access and protect information in transit and at rest. However, no storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

6. Sharing of Information

Information is not sold, provided to data brokers, or shared with third parties for their independent advertising purposes.

Information may be processed by:

  • Meta Platforms and its services under Meta’s applicable terms and privacy policies;
  • technical service providers necessary to operate the website or application;
  • public authorities when disclosure is required by applicable law.

Any disclosure is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

7. International Processing

Meta and relevant technical service providers may process information in countries other than the user’s country of residence. Such processing is subject to the applicable service terms and legal safeguards.

8. Data Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.

A Meta access token is retained until:

  • the user revokes access;
  • the token expires or is replaced;
  • the integration is no longer used;
  • a valid deletion request is completed;
  • retention is no longer required for a lawful purpose.

9. User Rights

Requests may be submitted to kapnov@gmail.com with the subject adsanalytics data deletion request.

The request should include the Facebook identifier or other information necessary to locate the relevant connection. Users must not send their password or access token.

After verification, information and access credentials controlled by the operator will be deleted within a reasonable period unless continued retention is required by law.
